How long can I store it at my place?
You can store it at your place for as long as you want. There is no time limit.
If I store it at my place, where can it go?
You can store your gobox wherever you like inside your property, providing our delivery system can get access. In most areas you can also place your gobox on the nature strip or in a car space in the street if allowed by your local council. If placing outside your property most councils require a permit.
If I store it at your place, how can I get access to it?
You can access your unit by appointment, you just need to give us 48 hours notice.
If I store it at your place, do I need to book ahead to get access to my unit?
Yes, we only require 48 hours notice.
Can I store the gobox on the street or nature strip?
That is something you will need to check with your local council. However, mobile storage is permitted in most municipalities, although it’s most likely you will need to arrange a permit prior to delivery of your gobox.
Do you offer insurance on mobile storage?
Yes, insurance is available when storing at our facility. If storing at your place, insurance is available in South Australia. If storing at your place in Victoria you will need to check with your home insurance policy.
Do you have packing supplies?
Yes, we can deliver the unit with packing supplies so that you can get started right away. Talk to one of our mobile storage consultants to determine what you need.
How much can I load into a gobox unit?
Please note that 3000kg is the maximum weight that can be loaded into a gobox unit. If the weight maximum is exceeded, gobox cannot transport or relocate the gobox unit until the contents weight is less than 3000kg.

When can you deliver the mobile storage unit?

When can you pick up the mobile storage unit?
7 days notice is required for pickup of your gobox.

How do I book a truck to move the mobile storage unit?
7 days notice is required. You simply need to call 1300 668 688 or email and we will come and move your unit. You can also book to have your gobox moved in advance of 7 days.

Transport times VIC: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
What payment options do you have?
You can pay for your portable storage box with cash, cheque and most major credit cards. You pay on a month to month basis. Alternatively you can pay in advance.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Gobox units are rented for periods of 1 month. No rent will be refunded for part monthly rental, eg 2 weeks. Deposit will not be refunded if delivery is cancelled within 24 hours.
Delivery of your gobox Mobile Storage unit will occur between 9am – 5pm on the day requested. No gobox deliveries are made on weekends or after hours unless previously authorised.
Credit Card Security
gobox Mobile Storage uses SiteLink Web Edition which is in full compliance with SAS 70 Type II. SAS 70 Type II has become the highest standard of controls as they relate to financial and data security, reporting, and monitoring. Rest assured your credit card details are highly protected.
